Buisness:
The meeting was called to order with a welcome from President of COHD, Barry Eckert at 12:30 p.m. Introductions were made by those in attendance.
The Financial Report was presented by Treasure Greg Frazer. The balance as of October 10, 2011 was $17,139.23. Susan Hanrahan made the motion to accept the report and was seconded by Allan Johnson. Motion approved.
The Minutes of the previous meetings (March 12, 2010, July 15, 2010, October 22, 2010 and March 18, 2011) were reviewed and approved as distributed.
President Eckert reported on the Summer COHD/NERDS meeting in New York. Attendance was excellent and positive feedback on the program.
President Eckert provided an update on the website changes and asked that all review the information and submit changes to him.
In keeping with the COHD Bylaws, election of officers is conducted at this meeting. Current officers were approved by acclamation to serve another term, President Barry Eckert, Vice-President Susan Hanrahan, Treasurer Greg Frazer and Secretary Ruth Welborn.
The Summer 2012 Meeting was discussed with voiced support to meet with the NERDS and consider a meeting in Puerto Rico during the week of July 23-27, 2012. NERDS supported the proposed meeting place and date. Treasurer Frazer will check on arrangements.
