Meeting called to order by COHD President Barry Eckert at 3:50 p.m., July 15, 2010.

The Financial Report was presented by Treasurer Greg Frazer and discussed. Motion was made to accept the report.

Summer 2010 meeting was discussed and the suggestion was made to conduct the meeting in New York City after checking with the NERDS.

Meeting adjourned with the announcement of a dinner meeting that evening at 6pm.
