Business:

Meeting was called to order by President Barry Eckert at 7:30 a.m. Introductions were provided by attendees.

President Eckert’s Report:

A description of the regional deans’ groups was presented. Members were reminded to check the COHD’s website and update information. A report of the summer meeting at Boston was given. The agenda format was discussed which was informal with anchor topics.

Minutes of the March 20, 2015 meeting at Myrtle Beach SC were approved as distributed.

Treasurer Greg Frazer provided the Financial Report. As of October 23, 2015 the checking balance was reported as $37,705.31.

Ideas for the summer 2016 meeting were discussed. Sites and dates were suggested. President Eckert will send a request to the membership as to location, dates, and topics. At the meeting, locations suggested included Salt Lake City, San Juan, and San Francisco.

Treasurer Frazer reminded the members of the PAC activities. Donations are welcomed in addition to the book signing event.

Meeting adjourned at 8:05 a.m.
