Buisness:

Meeting was called to order at 8:40 a.m. by President Barry Eckert after the breakfast gathering. Attendees provided introductions.

Minutes of the March 21, 2014 meeting were reviewed and approved.

Greg Frazer, COHD’s Treasurer, distributed the Treasurer’s Report. Account balance is positive.

Julie O’Sullivan Maillet, President of NERDs, provided a report. The merger of the NERDs with the COHDs will be made official at the Spring 2015 meeting. After the merger, the website and other communications will be updated.

President Eckert’s Report:

The Summer 2014 meeting in New York City was attended by 20 deans. Program topics included: Motivating Faculty, Fundraising in Health Professions, Update on Clinical Education, Title IX, and Roundtable Discussions.

The Summer 2015 meeting was discussed. A survey will be sent to determine location interest and program topics.

No other business, the meeting adjourned at 9:00 a.m.
